Investing time at the beginning of the schedule for content planning cut unnecessary time-wasting throughout the rest of the process and we used the resultant content plan as a very effective design brief.

As some content was bound to differ from what was agreed at planning stage we ensured close communication between the client and lead designer throughout the project so the design could adapt intelligently and stay 'on theme' from concept to collation.
