Digital Project Manager

Tayburn build remarkable brands using storytelling and technology, and we have picked up over 100 creative and effectiveness awards in the last five years. Now we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our ever growing digital team.


You will be responsible for delivering medium to large scale client projects - defining scope, budgets and schedules, managing risk and deviations, ensuring project quality and continually communicating with all project stakeholders.

You must have a solid understanding of different project management methodologies and be able to manage all aspects of a project’s life cycle. 

Day to day responsibilities

  • Working with cross-functional teams to define and communicate requirements of digital builds and campaigns
  • Producing scopes, schedules and budgets, documenting assumptions, risks and dependencies
  • Responsible for overall project documentation with support from the Acct Mgmt team
  • Identifying resources needed for each project and assigning individual responsibilities
  • Managing risk, creating contingency plans and ensuring project quality
  • Tracking deliverables, flagging risks to timelines and impact of slippage to stakeholders
  • Enforcing project standards and best practice
  • Making recommendations for improvement of working methods and processes
  • Working as part of a team to win new business


  • Minimum 2 years’ agency project management experience; formal PM qualifications desirable
  • Proven experience of effectively managing medium and large-scale projects from brief through to delivery
  • You will also need to be skilled at utilising the appropriate tools, in particular Jira - creating and configuring projects, boards and workflows, and managing tickets for agile projects and for ongoing support.
  • Knowledge and experience of traditional, lean and agile project management processes and frameworks, including Kanban, Scrum
  • Experience providing direction to, and gaining alignment among, a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
  • Thrives working under pressure - a proven multi-tasker with an ability to juggle many projects at one time
  • Possess good understanding of modern web technologies and a passion and interest for all things digital, staying on top of an ever changing technology landscape
