Internships. They can be the start of something great. Especially if you’ve got a drive and determination to learn and develop. Right now we have an opportunity for a creative, smart and vibrant individual to come in and learn the ropes in all things digital and branding.
Agency life is all about pace and pressure so it’s not for the feint hearted.
You can expect lots of variety. Doing brand research. Working on ideas. Creating great insights. Running customer surveys. Creating meaningful reports.
We don’t want to be prescriptive right now about all you will do. Just be clear that this is a chance to work with a team of professionals who will embrace you into our work family and give you a real opportunity to shine.
You need to be smart, creative and quick on your feet, happy to juggle lots of different tasks all of the time.
You must have a passion for brand and digital so that, when asked for campaigns or work you’ve seen that you love, you can come up with loads of examples just from your own field of interest.
We need curiosity and desire to take on any challenge. Perhaps it’s learning how to use a bit of martech software or getting to grips with google analytics. Could be reading up on user experience and making audience personas or identifying influencers and creating content.
You need to be comfortable getting on the phone and email to prospective clients too as we want to teach you what good business to business sales and marketing looks likes.
So what skills or experience do we expect? Good communication (verbal and written) and a relevant degree (ideally).
You must be eligible to work in the UK and, yes, it will be remote working for now (our office location is city centre Edinburgh when restrictions lift).
