Converting dreamers into bookers

Skyscanner worked in partnership with the German National Tourist Office to launch the Germany in Full Colour campaign in the UK, Netherlands and Belgium to inspire a global traveller audience to convert from dreaming about their next holiday in Germany to planning and booking it through Skyscanner.

Immersive design to showcase a colourful concept

We captured the best of Germany’s diverse destinations, theming them through colour on an immersive microsite that featured picture galleries, video and written content around Germany’s beautiful cities, nature and castles, that would ultimately lead users to book flights and hotels through a Skyscanner search facility.

Tapping into online talent

The destination site also promoted stunning artwork provided by the creative community Talent-house. The submissions captured Germany's destinations in vibrant, colourful, and creative ways to inspire people to travel and explore throughout Germany. A social competition ran on Instagram to encourage user-generated-content with the winner picking up a cash prize towards a holiday
in Germany.
